  • An adult person can drink 8-10 k.g. Water in a day.
  • Don't give soft-drinks to your child. It is not good for child.

  • Wash your nose, face, mouth,hand and feet at least two times in a day.
  • Avoid spicy food and fatty fast-food.

  • Drink tea without milk.It is good. One or two times in a day. Avoid to drink coffee at night. Apart from special occasion.
  • An adult person can eat chicken two times in a month; but can eat fish almost regularly. Chicken is very good food for re-buildup lost health because of sickness.
  • To control cholesterol; eat fish which has fat. It will decrease your blood cholesterol.
  • Go to bed/sleep at least two hours after your supper.
  • Your dinner depends on you and your profession.You should eat according to your physical condition, profession and age.  
  • You can eat everything if it permit your health, environment, age, profession and culture.
