Be evergreen and healthy

  • Eat bread in the breakfast and supper.
  • Take fruits and juice with the breakfast. Give priority on those fruits which has vitamin C.  
  • Eat rice in the lunch. 
  • Take breakfast as a king, lunch as a farmer and supper like a poor.

  • Use bathroom after sex. you will be safe from stone.
  • Cut your nail within 10 days and cut your hair within 40 days.
  • Keep yourself happy all time, engage yourself in love.
  • Bad thinking is the cause of sickness.
  • Touch is very important for your health.If you hug several times with your loving people then your immune system will be increase.
  • Fasting is the best form of worship to God and get yourself fit.
  • Go out to the pleasure trip in every weekend with your love-ones. 
  • Don't be afraid . It will be harmful for your health. Don't forget there is God for thinking and help for you.You should only depend on Him.
  • Think yourself young and ask to God make me young. You should obey massages.
  • Eat an egg regularly. But make sure your blood pressure is not high.If it is then twice a week.
  • Don't eat sandwich meat. 
  • Give away boring job. Do what you like to do.
  • Sleep at night six to seven hours.
  • Don't drink alcohol . you can drink diet energy drink once a week.
  • vine, honey,Clarified and over-boiled milk is the special food. Those food can make you strong, healthy, wise and sexy. But eat those food carefully.
  • Mustard oil is very good to make healthy skin and body for all- new born baby to old age people. 
  • Eating raw salt can be cause to create your high blood pressure.
  • Eat 5 types of vegetable with 5 colors. Tomato is very good for health. Eat 1 piece tomato in a day.
  • Nut is very good for health. We should eat nut often.  
  • Depression and short of vitamins can be cause to create your law blood pressure.
  • Enjoy yourself in music and good movies.
